Heel Pain / Plantar Fasciitis / Bone Spur Package
$275 New Patient – one foot. $400 for 2 feet
Includes:
- Comprehensive foot ankle exam by board-certified podiatrist
- Digital - in-office X-rays performed read by the doctor
- Prescription sent to your pharmacy if needed
- Education on home physical therapy for the problem
- Injection, if necessary, is an additional $150
- Follow-up visits = $150 for one foot, $275 for 2 feet. Includes one diagnostic ultrasound exam. If needed, future ultrasound exams = $75
3-D Printed Custom Foot Orthotics

- State of the art 3D scan of the feet
- Scan is uploaded into our orthotic software
- Using engineer-trained orthotists, we create and print an orthotic meant for only your foot
- Most insurances do not cover custom foot orthotics
Ingrown Toenail Package
$450
Includes
- Comprehensive foot exam by board-certified podiatrist
- Local anesthesia to the toe
- Permanent ingrown toenail procedure: removing the infected or painful toenail border and using medicine targeted to stop the ingrown toenail from recurring
- Follow-up visit 1 week after procedure included.
- If total nail is removed – fee is $570. This procedure requires at least 3 post-operative visits
Injury Package: Strain, Sprain or Fracture

- Digital X-rays performed and read by doctor

- Foot strapping to rest the injured part and speed healing - $75

Fat Pad Restoration
$1200 – $2400 per location
- Fee depends upon the area to be injected and the amount of fat graft needed to replace the fat pad on the foot/heel.
- $1200 for a small location, per location
- $2400 for a larger location, per location
Wart Removal Chemical Treatment

Includes
- Comprehensive foot and ankle exam performed by board-certified podiatrist
- Removal of thick skin of wart
- Application of medication to help reduce wart size and possibly kill the virus
- Education on at home wart treatment
- Follow-up visits will include cutting away the dead wart tissue and re-application of medication (if needed) = $150
Fungal Toenail Evaluation and Cutting of Toenails (does not include laser treatments)

Includes:
- Comprehensive exam performed by board-certified podiatrist
- All questions answered about toenail fungus
- Prescription sent to pharmacy if needed
- Comprehensive treatment plan
- Cutting of toenails – The thick nails will be cut, and the thickness will be thinned with an electric grinder
- Follow-up visit for just cutting and thinning toenails $75
Toenail and Callous Care / Treatment
- Fungal nails = $75
- Normal/long nails = $50
- Callouses/corns (1-3 treated areas) = $50 per foot
- 4 or more treated calloused area = extra $30
Fungus Nail Laser Treatment Package
- Single session = $100
- Package includes 6 laser treatments and cutting and grinding of nail thickness, at $600 per foot. 6 visits – one every 2 months.

- Cortisone injection to speed the recovery = $150
